Red Bear Partners seeks to acquire a single company with the intention to own and operate the business. Intentionally focused on a long-term vision centered on growth, employees and providing a favorable succession plan for existing ownership. We feel that this approach provides all stakeholders the assurance that the business will remain committed to employees for decades to come.

Red Bear is searching for a company that meet the following criteria:

• Located in Columbus, Ohio or near Central-Ohio

• Family Owned

• A history of growth and profitability

• No single customer larger than 50% of sales

• Sales between $2 million and $10 million

• Profit margins in excess of 3%, minimum of $250k
